discuz 门户文章页伪静态失败

我论坛伪静态都设置好了，但是门户首页的文章页面却不能正常显示，我的环境是IIS6.0，独立的VPS，


这里我已经设置好了，后台的对勾，我也全选了：


现在也设置了一份http.ini的文件，内容是：

刚开始设置的时候没有跟网站根目录放http.ini，后来放进去后还是不行，
http://www.lets-dream.com/article-1-1.html
例如上面的链接，提示无法找到改页面，有知道的吗？或者是我哪里配置错了。。。
