UTF-8改名道具BUG

我创建了2个站点，一个站点使用UTF8，一个GBK


我先用GBK站点下载了一个扩展（改名道具）
测试了，改名正常。显示正常


但之后我用UTF8站点下载了该扩展
测试后，显示还是原名，但数据库用户表里的名字已经变更。
改名道具：https://addon.dismall.com/?@qzom_qzomname.pack


该开始以为是缓存问题，但清理了缓存还是没用，不管站点缓存还是本地缓存
