關於 安裝時 index.php 檔的權限問題

您好，我安裝 Discuz 3.3 UTF8 版本的主機環境是 虛擬主機，作業系統是 Linux (版本無法在 cpanel 上顯示)，

Apache 的版本是 2.4.23 ;

PHP 的版本是 5.6.26

例如我的網域名稱是 xxx.net

我在安裝的時候是輸入 http://www.xxx.net/install 會出現 Discuz 的第 一個安裝嚮導的畫面

但是當我按下 "我同意" 的時候，就會出現以下錯誤訊息:

我查了 http://www.xxx.net/install/index.php 這個檔案的權限是 755

如果我把它改成 777 , 然在瀏覽器執行 http://www.xxx.net/install 的話，就不會出現 Discuz 的安裝嚮導畫面，

卻會直接出現以下錯誤訊息:

我查了一下 cpanel 的 Error 選項，卻顯示

SoftException in Application.cpp:256: File "/home/help040/public_html/xxx.net/install/index.php" is writeable by group

感覺這個問題都是在權限之間互相矛盾著。

請問我該如何調整或修正這個問題?
