感谢大大，有请主机商操作了，似乎是域名，还是哪里有问题
以下是客服的回复内容，具体原因我也不清楚 目前是已经解决了

Perfect, I checked and it was an mode security error which was causing the error and hence I just whitelisted that ID and IP and it worked
Now you can upload without any error

服务器安装了 mod_security ，拦截了正常的头像更换请求。
