DV7.1转DZ5.0的时候最后一步出错,请大家指教

当前状态: 检查管理员账号信息并开始安装 Discuz!。
安装 Discuz!。时候全部显示成功
但点"点击这里进入论坛"就出问题了

提示如下:

因为之前PHP5是装在我服务器的C盘的,后来朋友说不安全
所以装了PHP4在D盘

我问其他人,为什么安装显示成功,但提示出错
说要把IIS配置为支持PHP4
改了,可是还这样......

请各位大侠指教
PS:之前已经能够看到论坛了,但点"默认论坛"提示如下:
Discuz! info: Can not connect to MySQL server

Time: 2006-9-20 11:12am
Script: /upload/forumdisplay.php

Error: Access denied for user: 'dbuser@localhost' (Using password: YES)
数据库帐户密码不对，请联系空间商
所以就再装了一便
就出现这样的情况了~~

检查下文件有没有全部上传

刚刚检查了一下,文件全部上传了~~
为什么有这样的提示呢?

是不是PHP错了啊?
