数据库访问问题,在线求达,谢谢

我在XP  IIS5  按照 安笛提供的下 装好了 MYSQL  PHP  ZEND     用PHPINFO 测试通过

但是 用  phpMyAdmin 2.9.0.2   访问MYSQL  出现

欢迎使用 phpMyAdmin 2.9.0.2

Probably reason of this is that you did not create configuration file. You might want to use setup script to create one.

错误MySQL 返回：
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Open new phpMyAdmin window

不过用起来不顺,每安装一个PHP 系统  都要改$cfg['blowfish_secret'] = ''

改哪个文件里的啊？

在config.inc.php里,查找一下,就找得到,根据你网站域名设置一下,如:www.163.com
