设置MYSQL支持GBK字符集???

How I can set this ??? Could any Big Brothers tell me in details ???

windows：在安装时候选择即可
类UNIX：编译参数时候 --with-charset=gbk

could you pls tell me in details since I have 1115 error code say I don't have " gbk", then when I change to Latin1 then it shows all ??? for all post !!!

I am trying to move server from China to HK, now i really have no idea how I can do it ...........  pls someone help me !!!
