原因有：
1）文件有问题。
将原来的install目录、install.php全部删除。请二进制重新上传标准程序的install.php、install文件夹。
2）检查config.php中关于论坛的数据库信息是否填写正确，具体参考安装文档
3）检查论坛的数据表是否完整。论坛的usergroups表的是否有数据，每行数据的stars字段是否正确。
可以登录论坛后台---用户管理---用户组---进行设置。这里列出的是默认的情况下的星星数
