求救高手，这样的数据库问题是不是环境搭配的问题？

请教高手，这样的数据库问题要怎么解决？

一到晚上，我的论坛就会出现这样的问题，不知怎么解决，我查了一下论坛原有的帖子，说是内存不够，这对我的服务器应该不是问题。我的是2G服务器内存，5分钟在线人数也不过300来人。

另我的服务器环境配置为windows 2003服务器系统， php-5.2.4，ZendOptimizer-3.3.0a，mysql-essential-5.0.41，是不是环境搭配不稳定导致的？
期待高手帮忙。
