You will need a UNIX based server with the following Perl modules (available at CPAN.org): CGI, CGI:: Carp, Date:

arse, Date::Format, Time::HiRes, libwww-perl (which includes LWP, LWP:: UserAgent, HTTP::Request, etc). You will also need to have cron capability on your server.
