xp下搭建环境phpmyadmin问题

数据库都正常可以使用,就是phpmyadmin上不去啊,出现

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

谁能帮忙解决一下
