Can we make discuz support Multi-Language system?

Why discuz does not support multiple languages?
I've made a moded version for discuz!X2, first step are work good, but there are many thing i must to do, and i ask myself why Hong Sing Company dont make a plan for this idea? Discuz! is best version for forum and community, if we can make it, Disuz shall be most famous on the NET...
