我在安装时出现  一个错误

不知道这是虾米意思吖 求解
后面又有
The password is saved to /etc/mysql_root_password
/usr/local/EasyDiscuz/mysql/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/EasyDiscuz/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)'
Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/usr/local/EasyDiscuz/tmp/mysql.sock' exists!
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/EasyDiscuz/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

好向是无法连接到LOCALHOST 的MYSQL 怎么解决捏

你好cnfreeos和热心人，希望能得到帮助。
我下EasyDiscuz5.0Beta(Discuz5-ss-xs5) For Linux 安装，并能正常运行。
OS是RH ，AS3

但在安装pureftpd1.21  with-mysql 提示错误
error: libmysqlclient is needed for MySQL support

把/mysql/lib/mysql下的文件 CP 到 /usr/lib/
再编译安装pureftpd还是提示上面的错误
请问是否缺少安装一些相关包和如何解决？

我在Linux系统上安装了EasyDiscuz!5.0.0beta-linux-i686.tar，安装一切顺利，在安装过程中也配置了论坛数据库的帐户名test和密码。之后我用PHPMyAdmin查看数据库，发现多了一个名为test的数据库，但里面并没有表，显示test(0),用户里也只有root全局用户，并没有test用户。而我发现安装好的DZ原来使用了默认的名为Discuz的数据库，在里面也发现了test的按数据库指定帐户。首先我的第一个疑问是，这个新建的test(0)数据库有什么用？？？

随后我又查看了安装好的EasyDiscuz,\space下的东西是SS，我查看了它的config.inc.php，看到里面的数据库信息没有问题，如下所示：

但奇怪的是我查看/bbs，也就是论坛里面的config.inc.php，却发现数据库信息并没有指向和SS相同的数据库，包括用户名和密码都没有设定，如下：

请问这是怎么回事，难道论坛的config.inc.php不需要修改吗？EasyDiscuz安装的时候自己没有自动修改吗？？？

有一个test是建mysql时产生的吧...

一直关注这东东，现在装了，总体感觉还不错。。。只是占内存比较多。。。
